Slovenia & Croatian Coast | ITMB 2014

We have visited Slovenia several times and find it to be an interesting and scenic part of Europe with modern and well-maintained hotels, restaurants, and roads. Prices are much more affordable than in neighbouring countries to the west.

Map Features:

• Slovenia Coverage:

  • As the country is not particularly large, the Slovenia map is featured on one side of the sheet.
  • Includes a detailed inset map of Ljubljana, the capital city.

• Dalmatian Coast Coverage:

  • The other side of the sheet showcases a lovely map of the Dalmatian Coast.
  • Highlights include:
    • The Pula Peninsula.
    • Coastal islands such as Cres, Brac, and Havar.
    • Resort communities like Zadar, Split, and the medieval city of Dubrovnik.

Additional Notes:

Now that Croatia is part of the EU, border limitations with the rest of western Europe have been removed, making it easy to drive from Italy or Slovenia southward towards Dubrovnik.
